JAMES M. MCKEE, DPM, FACFAS
MEDICAL DIRECTOR - BOARD CERTIFIED
Dr. McKee was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. As the proud son of a naval officer, Dr. McKee was fortunate to live in many different states and Japan before his family settled in Derwood Maryland where he attended high school. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology, the scientific study of human movement and bio-mechanics.
He then went on to obtain his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After completing his surgical residency at St. Agnus Hospital in Philadelphia in 1996 he returned to Maryland and began his practice in beautiful Annapolis, Maryland.
Dr. McKee has been a staff member at Anne Arundel Medical Center since 1996. He performs surgeries at Anne Arundel Medical Center as well as in his own Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Dr. McKee is Board Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. McKee and his wife have 2 children and a golden retriever, Bailey. Dr. McKee enjoys spending time with his family, camping, boating and restoring cars. He enjoys serving the community he loves and looks forward to taking care of all your foot needs.
ADAM WEAVER, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Adam Weaver is a dedicated and compassionate podiatrist with a mission to keep your feet healthy and pain-free, so you can keep moving and living life to the fullest. He was born and raised in southeast Texas. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Weaver continued his education and graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Temple University in Philadelphia. During his time at Temple University, Dr. Weaver volunteered at many medical events providing podiatric care to participants at events such as the Penn Relays, Marine Corps Marathon and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk.
After earning his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Weaver completed his residency training in foot and ankle medicine and foot surgery at Drexel’s Hahnemann University Hospital in center city Philadelphia. Dr. Weaver has extensive training in podiatric medicine and surgery including but not limited to bunions, hammertoes, wound care, fractures, tendon repair, heel and arch pain, ankle sprains, ingrown toenails, custom molded orthotics and flat feet.
Dr. Weaver believes strongly that he and the patient form a team to solve the patient’s problems and his approach to patient care is rooted in empathy and collaboration with you. He believes in fully exhausting all conservative non-surgical treatment options prior to considering any surgical intervention.
Dr. Weaver is board certified with the Amercian Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is also a professional member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
In his free time, Dr. Weaver enjoys tennis, golf, hiking and travel. Dr. Weaver lives in Annapolis and he looks forward to continued service to his established and new patients in this beautiful community he now calls home.
