To our Valued Patients,

We hope this notice finds you and your loved ones healthy. We operate 5 days a week and our hours of operation are from 8 AM to 5 PM (please note, we are closed for lunch between 12 and 1 each day, except Wednesday we are closed for lunch between 12 and 1:15 for staff meetings).

In addition to our regular infection control measures, we put into place the following additional measures:

  • Patient check in – Patients are asked to check in on line. You will be sent 4 days before your appointment an invitation to check in by email or text. This enables patients to check in ahead of time in the comfort and safety of their own home as opposed to our waiting room. If you have checked in online we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and come into our office to our check in window. If you have not checked in online, an ipad will be provided to you and we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, with your ID, insurance card(s) a credit card to place on file for any balances your insurance puts to your responsibility, medication list and name of your primary care physician.

  • Masks/Personal Protective Equipment – Masks are strongly RECOMMENDED but not required at this time for all patients.

  • Sanitizing – Team members are vigilant on sanitizing all areas that come in contact with patients. We installed an Ultraviolet Air Treatment System on all HVAC units in our building to kill any bacteria or virus that may be airborne and automated soap and faucets have been installed in bathrooms.
